Backup and Disaster Recovery

Our fault-tolerant infrastructure and redundant sites can nearly eliminate downtime, while off-site backup systems ensure timely recovery in the unlikely event of a failure

Backup

All of our data is stored on highly available servers leveraging Network Attached Storage (NAS). This technology is designed to protect against drive failures. Further, all D.F. King data is backed up to multiple NAS systems so that, even if an entire RAID array were to fail, the data can be restored and functionality regained quickly.

Disaster Recovery

In the event of a disaster or emergency, we rely on physical redundancy and documented procedures to ensure full recovery in each of five key areas of concern for the continuity of services, including facilities, staff, connectivity, voice infrastructure and data infrastructure.
