Reporting
Reporting is a key component of client satisfaction and ongoing
performance management. Basic statistics, such as
preliminary vote tabulations, calls completed and un-voted shares/accounts (among other variables) are compiled and submitted to clients
periodically or in real-time via the Web in electronic format, along
with details regarding the conclusions that can be drawn from these statistics.

capabilities. These capabilities, based on our own data mining
and warehousing infrastructure, enable us to present our clients
with only the most relevant data, coherently formatted and on demand.
