Reporting

Reporting is a key component of client satisfaction and ongoing performance management. Basic statistics, such as preliminary vote tabulations, calls completed and un-voted shares/accounts (among other variables) are compiled and submitted to clients periodically or in real-time via the Web in electronic format, along with details regarding the conclusions that can be drawn from these statistics.
